We’re Looking for Plaintiffs . . .

. . . in the lawsuit we’ll be bringing against NYSDOTNYSDOT New York State Department of Transportation.

If you live or work near the Humboldt Expressway, or have in the past, please consider joining this effort.

Plaintiff Form

We're seeking  plaintiffs for a potential legal action opposing the NYDOT Tunnel. If you live within 1,000 feet of the project area, please complete and submit this form.

Fields with a red star * are required.

We'll contact you to explain the next steps. You'll only be added to the lawsuit if you give your full, informed permission - this is just the first step in identifying plaintiffs.
